Two months ago I moved from south Florida to northwestern Illinois. It's a bit different up here.

After a snowstorm I saw 3 kids with 3 shovels. I asked them do you want a job. They said yes. Now they come to my house every time there's snow. I save my back and they make some money. Everyone wins.
