"President Trump proposed on Thursday that Medicare pay for certain prescription drugs based on the prices paid in other advanced industrial countries — a huge change that could save money for the government and for millions of Medicare beneficiaries."

Even this people support or oppose based upon their allegiance to a political tribe. We are all mindless lemmings following our choice of piper.

I would love to see reactions to proposals if they were presented to people without people knowing who proposed them. The results would be so different if people had to actually think for themselves rather than looking to the sideline for a signal.
