Are evolution deniers just little kids with their fingers in their ears screaming "NO NO NO GOD DID IT ALL, THERE'S NO EVOLUTION!"? 

The science deniers could google "wikipedia evidence for evolution". It would take them several lifetimes to study the whole thing. 

However they refuse to educate themselves. They go out of their way to know nothing. That's quite a feat in the 21st century. 

I think they have a brain damage problem and there is no cure.
