It would be in the Republican Party's best interest to make it easy for African Americans to vote because with their new ability to escape failed schools they will want to vote for Mr. Trump.

President Trump and Ms. DeVos will do much more for African Americans than Mr. Obama ever did. The previous president was more interested in protecting the Teacher's Union instead of giving black students in the inner cities an opportunity to get a decent education.
