“If someone doesn’t value evidence, what evidence are you going to provide that proves they should value evidence?
If someone doesn’t value logic, what logical argument would you invoke to prove they should value logic?”
― Sam Harris
"Many believers admit that nothing could change their mind about their religious beliefs, which means they are no longer seekers of truth and have become, in essence, mindless religious robots. Religion consistently and effectively discourages introspection and inquiry. That isn't by accident."-- Bob Peters
"There is something feeble and a little contemptible about a man who cannot face the perils of life without the help of comfortable myths. Almost inevitably some part of him is aware that they are myths and that he believes them only because they are comforting. But he dare not face this thought! Moreover, since he is aware, however dimly, that his opinions are not rational, he becomes furious when they are disputed."~ Bertrand Russell "Human Society in Ethics and Politics"
“Rational arguments don’t usually work on religious people. Otherwise there would be no religious people.” - Gregory House, M.D. Season 4 Episode 2 The Right Stuff.

At the same place I wrote this:
"Why some creationists believe in the myths that are mentioned in Bible, Quran etc without any evidence but they don't belive in gravity, earth's shpere shape, moon landing, ISS, evolution etc, all of which is obsevable, proven facts?"
I don't think creationists are flat-earthers but their denial of evolution makes them equal to flat-earthers, equally stupid. They prefer supernatural magic instead of science because science hurts their tiny defective brains.
I was just looking at some of the other answers. Wow, was I ever right about those defective brains. Their stupidity is breathtaking. For example "the whole evolution theory is a huge Lie". Can you imagine the brain damage?
