I never met a Christian who wasn't a stupid fucking asshole. What I wrote for a god-soaked moron.

This is the 21st century and you still think magic god fairies and Easter Bunnies are real.

Reality is a wonderful thing. You prefer magic. You also like to make things up. Your "he will hold all of us to account for our actions during our life" is a childish ridiculous fantasy, zero evidence.

And you call your god thing "him" as if it requires male sex organs.

Thank goodness some people are able to grow up and face facts.

Way to go NASA. "US space agency Nasa has landed a new robot on Mars after a dramatic seven-minute plunge to the surface of the Red Planet."

Scientists understand very well how Earth's interior is structured, and they have some good models to describe the initiation of this architecture at the Solar System's birth more than 4.5 billion years ago. But Earth is one data point and Mars will give researchers a different perspective on how a rocky planet can be assembled and evolve through time.

InSight chief scientist Bruce Banerdt said: "The small details in how planets evolve are what we think make the difference between a place like Earth where you can go on vacation and get a tan, and a place like Venus where you'll burn in seconds or a place like Mars where you'll freeze to death."

Some interesting science at BBC News:

The World Chess Championship, 12 games, 12 draws. The match continues on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, but unfortunately my computer will be on it's way to Illinois that day. I have no internet until December 4.

New York Times - World Chess Championship Goes to Sudden Death after 12th Straight Draw

By Victor Mather

Nov. 26, 2018

The 12th and final game of the world chess championship ended the same way as the first 11. It was a draw.

Commentators and chess computers seemed to give a slight advantage to the champion, Magnus Carlsen of Norway, for much of the match on Monday in London, since he was ahead on the board and had more time available for his remaining moves. But Carlsen nonetheless offered a draw after a paltry 31 moves. The challenger, Fabiano Caruana of the United States, accepted, making it the shortest of the 12 games in the championship.

The result means that, after a day off on Tuesday, this year’s championship — which began Nov. 9 — finally will be decided on Wednesday. After three weeks of hourslong daily games, Carlsen and Caruana will first face off in four speed chess games, with each player limited to only 25 minutes to play all their moves.

Should the match still be tied after the speed games, the players would begin a series of two-game blitz matches, in which they would be given only five minutes to make all their moves. If either player takes the lead after any of these two-game matches, he would win the title.

Carlsen is considered the favorite in this format; he is the No. 1 blitz player in the world, while Caruana ranks only 18th.

If the match is still tied after 10 blitz games, it would proceed to a so-called Armageddon Game. By random draw, one player would get white and five minutes to play; the other would get black and only four minutes. If that game also ends in a draw, the black player — who starts at a disadvantage — is simply chosen as the champion.

It could be a long and arduous day. Maybe no one will actually win a game of chess.

But at least there will be, finally, a champion.

Music: Hatikvah and Exodus

Many years ago I worked with Jews from Israel to help them install their computer software at a corporation in Chicago. They were brilliant, and they were grateful for what I did to help them. This one of many reasons I'm very interested in Israel.

Here is some music about Israel.

Why would anyone fly from sunny south Florida to freezing cold Chicago?

Here in south Florida the temperature is 85 degrees F (29 degrees C).

"Chicago weather: Winter storm wreaks havoc on holiday travel, over 180 flights canceled."

When I fly from sunny south Florida to freezing cold Chicago on Thursday, November 29, 2018, the snowstorm will be over with. Then I take an Amtrak train to a northern Illinois farm town, population 9,000.

I will have no internet from November 27, 2018, to December 5, 2018. And this is if everything goes perfectly.

This might be my last post until things are back to normal.

Charles Darwin knew his ideas (which we now know were mostly correct) would kill the god fantasy.

NPR - Death Of Child May Have Influenced Darwin's Work

TRANSCRIPT

February 12, 2009
Heard on Morning Edition

ROBERT KRULWICH

Darwin's wife, Emma, was a devout Christian and he struggled with what his scientific theories would mean for her.

Darwin's daughter, Annie, died shortly after her 10th birthday; he was too overcome with grief to attend her funeral.

Most biographers agree that Charles Darwin came up with his big idea about the evolution of species when he was a fairly young man, a touch under 30. And yet, he didn't publish his theory for another 21 years.

This leaves many wondering why he waited — and for so long.

There are many possible reasons. Darwin was likely gathering more scientific evidence before braving a public audience. And biographers say that Darwin's family life also explains part of his reluctance to publish his revolutionary theory.

Darwin's wife, Emma, was a devout Christian who was upset by her husband's lack of faith. They experienced the loss of many of their children, but some biographers say that, in particular, facing the death of their oldest daughter, Annie, gave Darwin deeper insight into the nature of evolution and helped Emma come to terms with her husband's work.

Darwin loved Emma very deeply, says Adam Gopnik, the author of Angels and Ages: A Short Book About Darwin, Lincoln, and Modern Life. In the beginning, he says, Darwin was worried about the effect that publishing his ideas would have on her.

Gopnik says Darwin feared "it would hurt her, it would undermine her, it would pain her for him to publish these ideas."

When Charles Darwin married Emma Wedgewood, she told him she wanted to love and be with him forever. And "forever," for Emma, meant beyond "till death do us part." In her day, people of her background and class believed in an afterlife, an eternity either in heaven (for those who had faith) or the "other place" (for those who did not). Emma knew her husband had doubts and worried that his scientific investigations would only deepen his doubts, therefore condemning her to an eternity alone. And she told him so, biographers say.

So Darwin waited and worried and waited.

Then the story took on an opera-like turn. The Darwins' beloved oldest daughter, Annie, got sick. And she died just after turning 10. Darwin was so overcome with grief that he could not go to her burial, biographers have written.

But Annie's death changed things between Charles and Emma, says historian Deborah Heiligman. Darwin became more willing to proclaim his theories — and his religious doubts. And Emma, while still keeping her religious faith, turned toward Darwin, not away from him.

"I almost feel like the death of Annie was so much the worst thing that could happen to them, and they survived it, that it was almost like anything else paled in comparison," says Heiligman.

In November 1859, Darwin finally published his revolutionary book, On the Origin of Species. Biographer Lyanda Haupt says you can see the influence of Annie's death in his shaping of that book.

"He knew so deeply and so personally and viscerally what death was now after Annie's loss," Haupt says. And, yet, in his writing "you see him affirming over and over this circle, the endless unfolding of life."

In the last pages of On the Origin of Species, some say Darwin confronts the meaning of Annie's demise. Darwin takes his readers to a beautiful forest, rich with trees and birds singing everywhere, and reminds us of the beauty we see every day, in things like butterflies and flowers. And he demonstrates, especially, that humans, who can contemplate and love these things, are all products of millions of years of competition, struggle, famine and death — and that this struggle will continue. So, life will keep evolving new forms and new shapes.

Darwin is stating what "we now call the existential dilemma," says Gopnik in his biography. He is saying there are two things that are true: One is that everything dies, and things die for no reason and to no apparent end. And their death is painful. And, that process of living and dying produces something amazing and beautiful and astonishing.

And, Darwin himself writes, "There is grandeur in this view of life ... from so simple a beginning, endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been, and are being, evolved."

The Magic Jeebus Man was a stupid fucking asshole.

"Jesus’s gesture of attacking some Roman soldiers, along with a couple of his followers armed with two swords – one of them used to slice off a Roman’s ear – did not bring the result he expected. He had convinced himself such a move on his part would be the signal to God to start the series of earth-transforming miracles that would destroy the Roman Empire and bring back the freedom and glory of the Jewish people. The Romans arrested him, brought him to a cursory trial, and condemned him to death by crucifixion – the punishment prescribed for insurrection by Roman law. The punishment was duly carried out. (As Ehrman says, the body was probably flung on the ground somewhere to be devoured by birds and worms and scavenging beasts.)"

I recommend reading the rest of it at How Jesus Became God by Bart D. Ehrman, HarperCollins, New York, 2014, 404 pages

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Imagine the extreme stupidity required to believe the Magic Jeebus Man was the son of the Magic Man.

Imagine the incurable insanity of the fucking morons who believe the decomposing corpse of the Magic Jeebus Man was magically resurrected to become a zombie or whatever.

Christians think they can throw out of all of reality even though that's impossible. Reality isn't going anywhere. Reality does not care about the cowardly fucktards who fear reality.

I never met a Christian who wasn't a stupid fucking asshole.

The most spectacular south Florida sunrise I have ever seen.

Today, early Saturday morning, November 24, 2018, I saw the entire eastern sky light up, painted with bright orange clouds with a bright blue sky between the clouds. It was the best I have ever seen.

On the west side of the morning sky I saw the Waning Gibbous moon, 97% of Full.

159 years ago Charles Darwin killed the moronic god fantasy when he published "On the Origin of Species".

On November 24, 1859 British naturalist Charles Darwin published "On the Origin of Species" which explained his theory of evolution.

Americans are fucking morons.

BULLSHIT:

"And yet teaching evolution is still challenging in many communities in the United States. Opposition arises because many people mistakenly believe that accepting evolution is incompatible with their religious faith."

THE TRUTH:

Many people correctly believe that accepting evolution is incompatible with their religious faith.

Why is this so fucking difficult to understand? These people are bible thumpers. The bible says the Magic Man magically created people. How can evolution be compatible with this extreme stupidity?

The science education problem we have in Idiot America will never be fixed until we get rid of the ridiculous god fantasy. Unfortunately we will never get rid of the god bullshit because Americans are fucking morons.

•••••••••••••••••••••

The rest of the article is well done. It explains why most American students learn nothing about evolution. The students are being cheated. They learn how to hate science because they think it's boring. Of course it's boring if it isn't taught correctly. It will never be taught correctly until incompetent biology teachers who know nothing about biology are thrown out the window.

•••••••••••••••••••••

Here's the whole thing:

Many Teachers Still Avoid Teaching Evolution or Teach Creationism

NOVEMBER 21, 2018 BY ED BRAYTON

Ann Reid, who took over as Executive Director of the National Center for Science Education when my friend Genie Scott retired, has a column in the LA Times about how it’s still difficult for many teachers to teach evolution in their courses despite curriculum requirements, so many of them avoid it. And many are still teaching creationism too.

And yet teaching evolution is still challenging in many communities in the United States. Opposition arises because many people mistakenly believe that accepting evolution is incompatible with their religious faith. This point of view is widespread: In a rigorous national survey published in 2008, more than 20% of public high school biology teachers reported experiencing pressure to downplay evolution…

With evolution still a matter of political controversy, it’s understandable that a teacher who wants to cover evolution forthrightly might feel some trepidation, or a teacher who is inclined to skip the topic might feel justified. Indeed, about 60% of the surveyed teachers reported downplaying evolution, covering it incompletely or ignoring it altogether.

So it is not enough to include evolution in state science standards, textbooks and local curricula. To ensure students learn about evolution, we first need teachers who have a confident grasp of evolutionary biology. It is a concern that only about half of the high school biology teachers surveyed held a bachelor’s degree in biology and only around 40% had taken a course specifically in evolution. Many states are incentivizing science teachers to achieve more rigorous qualifications, but it will take time to undo decades — generations even — of evolution avoidance.

Those same surveys show that about 15% are teaching creationism as an alternative to evolution. And they continue to get away with it because no one complains. This is why I have long encouraged parents with children in public schools, or just local science advocates, use Freedom of Information Act requests to get the materials being used in the science courses there. You have a right to see all supplemental materials being used, whether it’s handouts or movies or whatever else. Only when it becomes known that it’s being taught can we go in and file legal challenges.

President Fucktard Trump is a stupid fucking asshole. What someone else wrote about Trump's idiotic trade wars.

TRADE WARS: DUMB in theory & WORSE in practice !!!

Trade wars are an extremely weak way to try and effect "fair" trade [if "fair trade" can even be defined] - trade wars create unintended consequences that are detrimental to businesses in a myriad of nuanced ways and they'll each react in their own decisive way...

Who collects the tariffs? Government does and we all pay for it - it's a direct tax on consumers -- why are protectionists for that???

Steel & Aluminum tariffs are, unfortunately, CRONY protectionism at it's worst!

From Florida to Illinois.

November 27, 2018, I pack my desktop computer. I have no cell phone so I will have no internet.

November 28, 2018, the movers arrive and take all my stuff.

November 29, 2018, I fly from sunny warm Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Chicago, Illinois. The same day I take an Amtrak train to a freezing cold farm town in northern Illinois, population about 12,000 people. I find the house I will rent. I will find a key under the mat and I will move in.

December 3, 2018, the movers arrive with my stuff. I put my desktop computer back together again.

December 4, 2018, Comcast will be there in the morning to install their extremely fast internet.

One more time to help wimpy atheists understand.

"Non-belief" is for fake wimpy atheists.

Real atheist: God is just another word for magic. Magic is not real therefore magic god fairies are impossible. Same logic for the Easter Bunny. Real atheists are 100% certain gods and Easter Bunnies are not real.

The wimpy fake atheists have my contempt.

A magical paradise and magical eternal torture, as if it's possible to torture a corpse. America's Christians are just plain fucking stupid.

The comment I wrote:

The ridiculous magical heaven/hell fantasy is impossible. There is no magic in the universe.

I prefer reality because reality is interesting and reality is real.

••••••••••••••••••••••••••

An American fucktard wrote this bullshit:

"I would rather live as though they are real and be wrong, than to live as they aren't real & learn that I was wrong."

••••••••••••••••••••••••••

And maybe the Easter Bunny is real. People are so fucking dense. How hard is it to figure simple things out? A magical paradise for dead morons might be real? It might be possible to torture a decomposing corpse? Grow up.

••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Somebody else wrote this. He explains the theology but it's obvious he agrees it's bullshit.

"Apparently after we die an all-powerful creature magically brings us back to life and gives us the super power of immortality leaving us with all our senses so when we are tossed into an eternal fire so suffer for an ungodly long time."

A book about Muslim scum

Amazon.com - The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS

From a customer review:

"The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS" by Robert Spencer (Aug. 2018).

Spencer demonstrates clearly and convincingly that today's Islamist, militant-jihad attacks throughout the world derive their suicide-bombing advocacy based not on the jihadists' aberrant reading of Islamic texts, but are indeed well-founded on the clear teachings and practices of Islam's patron saint: The Prophet Muhammad -- Islam's "The Perfect Man" [al-Insam al-Kamil].

Spencer's new book provides an expansive, detailed look at the 1,400-year-long history of Islam's jihad [militant struggle] war against the entire non-Muslim world -- which didn't stop upon his death [c. 632 AD]. As Spencer expertly shows, Muhammad's followers used his jihad teachings to continue their warfare-based conquests against not just their local Arabian neighbors, but in their ever-expanding, Scimitar-sword slicing, proselytizing military campaigns throughout the Middle East, Northern Africa, northward into the Iberian Peninsula and France, and later eastward and eventually subjugating Persia and India. Spencer espouses that this Islamic-bred terrorism continues unabated today.

A brief look at some of the sub-titles to the various chapters highlight Muhammad's anti-Jew proclivities:
"Killing Muhammad's Enemies"
"Muhammad Against the Jews"
"Divine Terror Against the Jews"
"Massacring the Jews"

Least one think that Muhammad's territorial conquests were just against the Arabian Jews, other sub-titles reveal the true worldwide terrorism of the enslaving Mohammedians:
"Prophecy of Conquest" (by Muslims)
"Jihad Against the Christians"
"Calling the World to Islam"

Many of Spencer's earlier books analyzed the Quran and the ahadith to better understand the theological dreams of Muhammad, and how they led to his development of a united religious-political, polis-state: the 'Daesh' or 'Dawla' for the Muslim-domineering community: so beloved by ISIl/ISIS during the 2010s decade.

Spencer reveals that few Westerners are aware that the on-going India/Pakistan-Kashmir dispute evolved from the Muslim conquest of India, and Islam's superior-attitude theology prevented Muslims from embracing a "Greater India" -- a supremist thought that led many Muslims to demand that the "Islamic Republic of Pakistan" be separated from India in 1947.

Besides being merely a historical review of past battles, military campaigns and conquests by marauding Muslim soldiers, Spencer's latest book reviews today's current jihadist, militant attacks throughout Europe, Asia, Latin and North America. No need the recount all of the recent terrorist attacks, as they are well represented in Chapter Nine: "Resurgence."

Sadly, Spencer notes in his concluding chapter "The West Loses the Will to Live" how many of the "politically correct" liberal politicians have chosen to ignore the burgeoning Islamic threat, as sustained by the recent waves of Muslim immigrants seeking the welfare-largesse in European countries - "refugees" who espouse their Islamic supremacy of seeking to impose their restrictive Islamic beliefs rather than assimilating into the more progressive and permissive Western civilization.

A thought-provoking book, a very vital book in revealing that the current Islamic-jihad threat is based on firm, Muhammadian theological principles.

Idiot America

I'm moving to a farm town in Illinois. The New York Times does not deliver their newspaper there. So I have gone back to having a Wall Street Journal subscription. The mail person will deliver it with the other mail.

Most Wall Street Journal subscribers are god-soaked idiots. This is what I wrote for them:

••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

The Catholic Church is the world's largest child abuse organization and it should be destroyed. Even without the thousands of atrocities there are many reasons to throw the Church in the garbage. For example the Catholic fantasies are ridiculous. Jeebus rose from the dead? That's impossible. Jeebus is still alive in a magical heaven? Impossible. The Magical Master of the Entire Universe, aka the god thing, wants everyone to be a Catholic? That's ridiculous.

This is the 21st century. We know things these days. We don't need the childish fantasies of any religion. People need to grow up and face facts.

Thursday, November 15, 2018

What I wrote for Catholic scum.

Never once in this article was anything said about "calling the police" to lock the child abusers up.

To defend the out of control child abuse Catholics say other organizations have child abusers, as if that makes it OK. These Catholics never say anything about the coverups to protect the Church instead of the victims.

I have zero respect for Catholics. If they had any moral values they would have thrown out the Church a long time ago.

I asked Christian fucktards a question.

One of the most interesting facts of biology: Humans are one of the Great Ape species. The Magic Jeebus Man was an ape. Christians, why do you worship a dead ape?

Here is another example of a wimpy atheist. A real atheist would never say something as ridiculous as what the barmaid said in this comic strip. Real atheists are rare. It's a terrible problem that needs to be fixed.

I'm 100% certain magic god fairies don't exist for the same reason I'm 100% certain the Easter Bunny does not exist. Magic is not real therefore magical creatures are impossible.

"No, I can't" is ridiculous. The people who say this are part of the religious insanity problem.

Monday, November 12, 2018

What I wrote at a news website about Catholic fucktards.

"The abuse of more than 1,000 children by more than 300 priests."

And that's just one state of 50 states, and just one country of many countries. The child abuse is out of control.

I will never understand why Catholics are still Catholics. Apparently they have zero moral values because they continue to give their money to the world's largest child abuse organization.

The most destructive wildfire in California history

Wikipedia - Camp Fire (2018)

The Camp Fire is the most destructive wildfire in California history.[3] Named after Camp Creek Road, its place of origin,[4] the fire started on November 8, 2018, in Butte County, in Northern California. The fire burned more than 100,000 acres (400 km2), destroyed at least 6,713 structures, killed nine civilians, and injured three firefighters, with most of the destruction occurring within the first two days of the fire.[2] The fire forced the evacuation of Paradise, California, and other communities, and destroyed or heavily damaged homes, businesses, a church, a hospital, a school, and a rest home.[5][6] The fire occurred at the same time as the Woolsey Fire and the Hill Fire.

I'm moving from sunny south Florida to a small farm town in freezing cold northern Illinois.

Why? That's a good question. The ideal is fewer people and more peace and quiet, and now I can afford a house instead of an asshole infested condo.

This blog will be sort of almost dead for the next two months because moving is a lot of work.

I answered a question about Idiot America's idiots.

"Do Christians believe that evolution is strong delusion sent by GOD to give atheists reason not believe?"

Science makes Christian morons cry. Your question about "sent by god", that's nutty but I'm sure some Christians are that retarded.

Evolution is the strongest fact of science. For example there are thousands of evidences for the idea we are closely related to chimpanzees. Also, we are apes. This is scientific fact.

There is something called "looking things up". Christian idiots are afraid to do that. They would rather waste their entire pathetic lives being completely wrong about everything.

I tell them to google "Wikipedia evidence for evolution" but they never bother with it. The science deniers go out of their way to know nothing.

Christians think evolution kills their childish god fantasy. I agree with them. Evolution really does kill the god thing because a god who never had anything to do is a god that doesn't exist.

Tuesday, November 6, 2018

What I wrote somewhere else about cowardly Christian morons.

Christians have an incurable stupidity problem. They're cowards. Reality makes them cry. And that's why they can't exist without their ridiculous magical-2nd-life fantasy.

I never met a Christian who wasn't a cowardly moron.

Somebody else wrote this. It's about Christian assholes who think this planet was magically created for them to destroy. I added this to my list of favorite quotes.

"Who has more appreciation for nature, Christians or atheists?"

Atheists are more likely to appreciate nature from a scientific perspective and how biology interacts with the environment. Their appreciation of nature will be one that is informed by science, which provides clues, but does not, yet, have all answers.

Christians tend be absorbed in the meaning of life and what it entails in the afterlife, for them in a positive light and others in a negative light. I doubt they are really aware of nature itself or genuinely care.

Way to go Trump you fucking retard.

Nov. 5, 2018

ARTHUR, N.D. — This is harvest season in the rich farmlands of the eastern Dakotas, the time of year Kevin Karel checks his computer first thing in the morning to see how many of his soybeans Chinese companies have purchased while he was sleeping.

Farmers here in Cass County have prospered over the last two decades by growing more soybeans than any other county in the United States, and by shipping most of those beans across the Pacific Ocean to feed Chinese pigs and chickens.

But this year, the Chinese have all but stopped buying. The largest market for one of America’s largest exports has shut its doors. The Chinese government imposed a tariff on American soybeans in response to the Trump administration’s tariffs on Chinese goods. The latest federal data, through mid-October, shows American soybean sales to China have declined by 94 percent from last year’s harvest.

Idiot America is infested with stupid fucking assholes who are Establishment Clause deniers.

I never met a Christian who wasn't a stupid fucking asshole.

What I wrote somewhere else:

The Establishment Clause means what it says. This is why we can't have Christian symbols and Muslim symbols on government property.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion."

Wikipedia: "Separation of church and state" is paraphrased from Thomas Jefferson and used by others in expressing an understanding of the intent and function of the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
